寻常型银屑病进行期皮损一氧化氮合酶的表达

摘　　要：为探讨寻常型银屑病皮损NOS的表达及意义,我们应用免疫组化(SABC)法对40例进行期患者皮损NOSI、II、III的表达进行检测,20例对应部位的正常皮肤作为对照。结果表明三型NOS在患者皮损的表达均明显高于正常皮肤(P均【0.01),但在患者表皮(除颗粒层外)和真皮相同部位的表达无明显差别(P均】0.05),而NOSII在颗粒层的表达明显高于NOSI、III(P【0.05),提示NOS在银屑病发病或复发加重中起一定作用,并可能与角朊细胞过度增殖、血管增生、炎症细胞浸润等病理变化有关。In order to investigate the expression of NOS in the active lession of psoriasis vulgaris and the role of NOS in the pathothogensis of psoriasis. We study the expressions of NOSI,NOSII and NOSIII in the active lession of 40 cases with psoriasis and normal skin of 20 controls by immunohistochemical technique(SABC). Results showed that there were significant overexpression of NOS in lessions but expressions of three type in all layers NOS were found no differences (P>0.05) except for the expression in granular layer where the expression of NOSII was higher than that of NOSI or NOSIII . It is suggested that NOS do play some role in the pathogenisis of Psoriasis vulgaris and they may contributed to the hyperproliferation of keratinocytes,angionosis and intensive infiltration of inflammatory cells.
