摘　　要：本文通过对现代企业文化管理思想的研究,论证了以人为本是高校图书馆文化建设的必然选择,并就如何构建以人为本的高校图书馆文化提出建议。By researching modern business culture management,this paper has proved that taking human as the base is the inevitable choice of the culture construction of college libraries,and it has also put forward some suggestions about how to realize the 'human-based' culture construction of college libraries.
