摘　　要：结合对沈阳市大民屯镇方巾牛村规划设计案例的介绍和分析,紧紧围绕村庄建设可持续发展这一主题,对土地集约利用、产业发展模式、基础设施建设、新技术新能源利用等问题进行探讨研究。Combining with the introduction and analysis of the planning design case of Shenyang city Damintun town Fangjinniu country, fimaly centering on the theme of country construction sustainable development, problems of land intensive use, industrial development pattern, infrastructural construction, new technology and new energy utilization are discussed and researched.
