摘 要:通过对独生子女大学生的生理健康、心理健康、社会健康进行调查,揭示独生子女大学生和非独生子女大学生的健康状况、存在的问题、产生的原因。并从社会学、心理学、体育教学等多角度出发,分析独生子女大学生面对未来社会的需要和发展应具备的综合素质。针对目前独生子女大学生在生理、心理以及社会适应方面的现状和存在的问题,通过体育教学及校园文化等手段对他们施加干预对策,使其身心健康得到全面的发展。同时也为创建具有中国特色的健康体育教学课程体系提供科学的依据。The paper reveals the health conditions of both only children and non-only children,the existing problems about their health and the causes of them,by making a survey of their physiological,psychological and social health.Comprehensive qualities needed for the only-child college students to confront the future society are analyzed,from the multi-aspects of sociology,psychology and physical education.Countering against the conditions of their physiology,psychology and social adaptability and the problems existing there,physical education and on-campus culture and the kind can be used as interfering countermeasures so as that their physical and mental health can be developed simultaneously.And meanwhile scientific basis can be provided for the establishment of healthy physical educational system typical to China.
