对高校体育与健康教育现状的研究

摘　　要：通过对黑龙江科技学院学生对体育与健康教育的认识、参与状况及高校体育教学状况的调查,发现高校体育与健康课程健康发展是主流,忽视体育科学和健康知识、技能教育等多方面能力的培养影响学生教学目标的正确建立,传统教学方式对学生能力培养的重视不够,学生掌握体育知识、技术与技能的程度非常肤浅,影响高校体育教学目标的实现。因此,建议应加强学生思想教育,促进学生树立正确的体育与健康观,建立理论与实践相结合的体育与健康课程教学体系是必要的。By the research of cognition of the students to the sports and health education, their participation condition and teaching condition in colleges and universities, the author finds that the sports in colleges and universities and health course is the mainstream. There is still the market of neglecting the abilities cultivation in many respects, such as, in sports science and health knowledge,skill education and so on. There are also many respects in which the correct establishment of teaching goals are influenced, the traditional teaching model of cultivating the students abilities is paid no more, and the degree of mastering sports knowledge,technology and skills is superficial which can influence to realize the sports teaching goals in colleges and universities. So the author suggests that it is very necessary to strengthen the ideological education to the students, promote the students to acquire a correct sports and health outlook and establish the teaching system of sports and health course of combination the theory with practice.
