对影响我国高校高水平田径队发展因素及对策的探讨

摘　　要：通过对吉林、辽宁、北京、天津、上海等12省市30余所高校的高水平田径队的发展现状及影响因素进行了调查,得知目前我国高校高水平田径队的发展速度与竞技水平还有一定的差距,生源状况及训练水平,物质条件、场地器材等都存在一些问题。在分析其现状的基础上,提出了相应的发展对策,供行政领导决策时参考。The author made a research on the current developing situation and influence factors of high level athletic teams through over thirty universities and colleges in Jilin,Liaoning,Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai,etc.We found that there is a certain disparity at the developing speed and athletics level of high level athletic teams.There are also some problems at the students' conditions, training level,physical conditions,facility and equipment,etc.This paper proposes some references for corresponding developing strategy based on the analysis of current developing situation.
