摘　　要：对于不同层次的速滑运动员,如何选择适合新技术特点的专门性动作和方法,进行有效地专门性训练,是本文所研究的主要目的和出发点。就此,在分析新冰刀性能与技术特点的基础上,探讨适合新技术特点的有效的专门性训练方法与手段。How to choose the movement and method of being fit for mew techniques to train the skaters effectively is the main purpose and starting point of the author for thd different skaters. Therefore, on the basis of analysis the features and techniques of the new type skates the author inquires the training method of being fit for the new techniques effectively.
