摘　　要：从图书馆信息服务的发展、信息服务的优势、服务内容、服务的特征、用户需求、互联网对信息服务的影响等几个方面,系统性研究了现代图书馆信息服务工作。This paper deals with a systematic research into such aspects as the development of modem library information service system, its advantages, service content, service characteristics, customer need, and the influence of Interact on information service.
