摘　　要：齿圈整体感应淬火专机是对大型齿轮(齿轮直径在400mm以上)进行齿面淬火而研制的专用机床。专机工作时,齿轮装卸时的往复运动,高频加热时的上下运动以及喷水机构的运动都由液压系统来完成。本文介绍了专机液压系统的设计过程。Gear Whole Quenching Engine Bed Special Plane is the machine designed for surface quenching of large-sized gear （diameter〉400mm）. When it runs, the loading and unloading movement of the reciprocating gear, the up and down movement of high frequency heating and the operation of water-spraying structure are all done by hydraulic system. This thesis introduces the designing process of this system.
