摘　　要：群众体育事业的发展,关系到提高全民族体质与健康水平,群众体育工作的开展,对群众体育干部的素质提出了更高的要求。本文结合当前形势,探讨与分析了群众体育干部应具备的素质。The development of the public physical education relates with the healthy level of the whole nation. With the spread of the public physical e-ducation, it is more important for the leaders to improve the qualities . This article relates to the present situations to discuss and analyze the qualities of the public physical education leader.
