16例运动性急性腰部扭伤中漏诊腰椎小关节错位的问题分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析运动性急性腰部扭伤中漏诊腰椎小关节错位的特点 ,提高防治水平。方法 :回顾总结以往出现的 16例漏诊病例的特点。结论 :腰椎小关节错位的临床表现常常会被运动性急性腰部扭伤的剧烈临床症状所掩盖 ,提高鉴别诊断能力 ,综合预防与治疗手段 。After analyzing the features of the failure of diagnosis for the misplaced small joints in lumber vertebra among 16 cases of acute back sprain in sports and improve the prevention and cure level and reviewing the features of 16 cases of the failure of diagnosis occurred,the author concludes that the clinical manifestation of the misplaced small joints in lumber vertebra will be easily screened by the fierce clinical symptom of acute back sprain in sports and the improvement of diagnosing ability and mixed use of prevention and treatment means will make patients recovering from illness earlier.
