摘　　要：针对我校高水平运动队的构建与管理现状 ,边分析问题 ,边解决问题 ,提出建议和举措 ,旨在使我校的运动队水平更上新台阶。This article takes into consideration the construction and management of the high-level sports team in our institute on the basis of analysis and on purpose of solving problems. Hence, some suggestions and special measures are made in this paper in order that the level of the sports team of our institute can be improved.
