摘 要:目的:探讨丹参注射液对室性心律失常时兔心内膜MAP的变化,试图揭示其抗心肌缺血致心律失常作用的机制。方法:2O只家兔,随机分为对照组和丹参组,在心肌缺血背景下致心律失常前后分别记录、检测各项观察指标,作前后对照和组间比较。结果:在心律失常前后,对照组平均心率均低于丹参组;与对照组比较,丹参组在心律失常前后,振幅差异不具有统计学意义,但二组自身心律失常前后比较具有统计学意义;对照组最大上升速度,高于自身心律失常后(P<0.05),丹参组差异不具有统计学意义;对照组与丹参组在心律失常前APD90均低于自身心律失常后(P<O.05),心律失常前,丹参组APD90略低于对照组,但无统计学意义,而在心律失常后,对照组APD90高于丹参组,具有统计学意义。结论:丹参能提高心内膜心肌耐受缺血的能力,起到了ATP敏感性钾通道开放剂效应,这可能是丹参对心肌缺血保护作用具有增强效应电生理基础。To investigate salvia miltiorrhiza injection to ventricular arrhythmia when the rabbit epicardium monophasic action potential changes, to promulgate its anti-myocardium ischemia mechanism of indvcing arrhythmia. Methods: Twenty rabbits were divided into ①the control group, ②the Salvia miltiorrhiza group. The changes of each observation were recorded, under the myocardium ischemia background to cause the arrhythmia. Results: The control group and the salvia miltiorrhiza group in prear- rythmia, the average heart rate, MAPA, the maximum ascending velocity, are higher than arrythmia (P〈0. 05) ; The control group and the salvia miltiorrhiza group APD90 are lower than prearrythmia latter (P〈0. 05); Around the arrhythmia, the control group and the Salvia Miltiorrhiza group compare, various targets P〈0. 05, has statistics significance. Conclusion: Salvia mihiorrhiza injection can improve to burden ischemia myocardium ability, get up the ATP-sensitive potassium channel open medicinal preparation effect. These may be electrophysiologic basis that Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can increase effect about cardio-protection of iscbemia in ventricular myocytes.
