摘　　要：法律信仰是法治的精神意蕴,是法治建设的"软件"。从我国整体上来看,民众法律信仰缺失严重,但西部农民法律信仰缺失更为严重,本文主要就如何培育西部农民的法律信仰问题作一探讨,试图以法律文化、经济基础、国家法和民间法的关系三个方面为理论基点,找到解决问题的答案。The belief in law by the public is the spirit of a constitutional nation,which is the 'software of the building of China's legal system.However,it's getting more and more obvious that the public is los- ing their belief in law,especially among farmers in the western region.The author tries to work out how to cultivate the law belief of the public.
