摘　　要：国际贸易中,进出口合同的签订涉及买卖双方的义务和利益。规范、严谨、符合双方要求的条款是顺利开展贸易的基础和前提。目前,我国在出口合同中采用FOB条款签约的比例较多。而采用FOB条款通常面临较大的风险。就FOB条款在实际操作中的风险进行分析并提出对策,意在将出口方的交易风险控制在最低程度。In international trade, the sign of import and export contract involves duties and benefits of both sides of seller and buyer. Standard, strict terms meeting interest of beth sides are the foundation and premise to develop smoothly the trade. At present, the FOB Term is very commonly used in export contract, while which involves great risk. We analyzed its practical risk and policy so as to control the trade risk of export side to the lowest possible degree.
