摘　　要：产业组织结构的优化,是发挥产业整体优势,增强产业竞争实力,提高效率与效益的组织保证。文章从阐述"石油生产链"的科学涵义入手,论述了建立与完善"石油生产链"的意义和作用,就我国现行石油产业内部组织结构的弊端进行了分析,提出了按"石油生产链"要求优化石油产业内部结构的4点建议。Optimizing industrial structure may strengthen com- petitiveness of oil industry and improve efficiency and benefit.Ac- cording to content of'oil production chain',shortages existing in current internal organization and structure of oil industry are pre- sented.Advices to optimize industrial structure on the basis of'oil production chain'are concluded.
