摘　　要：本文从高职院整合的角度,针对图书馆领导班子的建设、规章制度的建立、业务工作、工作人员的培训几方面谈了自己对图书馆工作的一些设想。From the aspect of the libraries integration in Vocational School,this paper gives some ideas on library’s work, such as enforcing the management, strengthening the regulations,regulating the daily work, and enforcing the training of the staff.
