摘　　要：把农、工、商优势集为一体的农业股份合作制使我国某些既没有资源优势也没有技术优势的农村杜区,在十几年时间内很快就发展成集农、工、商一体化高效发展的大企业集团。如东南地区的"华西村集团"、中原地区的"南街村集团"就是典型的有中国特色的现代新农村。优质高效的农业、富裕的农民、工业化及城市化的农村,必将伴随农业股份合作制的普遍推行而实现。Agriculture joint stock partnership enabled the advantages of agriculture, labor, and business to be integrated into a whole. It was this system that turned the rural communities that boasted neither resources advantages nor technology advantages like Nanjie Village in Central China and Huaxi Village in South- eastern China into fast -growing enterprise groups incorporating agriculture, labor, and business. ＂Huaxi Village Corp＂ and ＂Nanjie Village Corp＂ are representatives of new rural communities in modem times with Chinese characteristics. The dream of quality agriculture, better - off peasants, industrialization, and urbanized countryside will definitely be realized with the extension of agriculture joint stock partnership.
