摘　　要：提高图书管理人员的自身素质 ,关键在于转变思想观念 ,增强服务意识 ;改进工作方式 ,继续接受教育 ;以适应科技发展的需要 ,更好地服务于读者。The key point to improve the qualification of librarians in college is to change ideas;strengthen service consciousness;improve working methods;continuous studying;to adapt to the requirement of scientific development and serve the readers in a better way.
