摘　　要：目的 探讨ELISA法在粪便标本中幽门螺杆菌抗原(HPSA)诊断的实用价值。方法 经胃镜组织学法诊断的62例胃病患者,在未经治疗前取其粪便标本,采用ELISA法进行HPSA的检测。结果 以组织学法为金标准,ELISA的敏感性为89.4％,特异性为86.7％,准确性为93.6％,阳性预测值为95.4％,阴性预测值为72.2％。结论 ELISA 法测定HPSA具有较高的敏感性和特异性,方法简便、快速,取材方便,无痛性,尤其适于儿童、老人及体弱者,且对疗效能进行有效的跟踪检测。Objective To study the clinical utility of detectry Hp stool antigen(HPSA)by ELISA for the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) . Methods HPSA in stool of 62 patients were detected by ELISA, tissue samples were examined with histologic techniques (Warthin -Starry silver stain). Result Histologic techiques were regarded as a gold standard. The sensitivity of ELISA was 89.4 % , specificity 86.7 % , ac-curacy 93.6% ,the positive and negative values were 95.4% and 72.2% respectively. Conclusion ELISA for detecting HPSA in stool is a rapid,noninvasive,sensitive and specific method, especially for children,the older,et al.It plays an important role in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment.
