摘　　要：目的　探讨自研血细胞分析仪试剂 ,运用于进口血细胞分析仪。方法　分析血细胞分析仪原装试剂成分 ,理化指标 :配制出类似的成分和理化指标 ,并作一系列对比试验。结果　自研血细胞分析仪试剂各项检测指标 ,HGB吸收曲线、WBC、RBC、PLT、MCV等均与进口试剂相一致。结论　自研血细胞分析仪试剂经近两年的临床运用 ,结果满意 。Objective To investigate if self-made reagent of heaocyte analyzer can be used for imported hemocyte analyzer. Methods The components and the physical and chemical parameters of original for hemocyte analyzed,and the components and physical and themical properties were then imitated,as well as a series of comparisons were observed. Resules Various variables such as HGB curve,WBC,RBC,PLT and MCV analyzed with self-made reagents were similar to those with imported reagents.Conclusion Results have been achieved near two-year clinical trial with the self-made reagents. Self-made reagents of hemocyte analyzer can be used replace.
