摘 要:目的 探讨吸烟对人体内血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)水平的影响。方法 采用横断面调查方法 ,对 2 2 6名健康男性吸烟者和非吸烟者测定血清SOD和MDA。结果 吸烟组血清SOD和MDA含量均明显高于非吸烟组 (P <0 0 0 1) ;在吸烟者中 ,随着吸烟年限增加 ,血清MDA含量增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而SOD含量未见显著性差异。Objective To investigate smoking influence on human superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malonaldehyde(MDA)in the level of serum and study their correlations Methods Two hundred and twenty six healthy men both smoker and non-smoker were surveyed on the SOD and MDA in serum by the transect methods Results SOD and MDA in serum of smoker group were much more than that of non-smoker group( P <0 001),respectively Among the smokers,along with the smoking life went up,the content of MDA in serum increases( P <0 05),and SOD could not be seen statistically significant Conclusion Smoking has effect on human antioxidant ability
