摘　　要：目的　探讨枸杞油胶丸对高脂饲料饲养大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法　将大鼠按基础血清总胆固醇水平分为高脂对照组和低、中、高剂量实验组。实验期间 ,所有大鼠均饲以高脂饲料 ,低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予0 1、 0 2、 0 6g/(kg·bw)剂量的枸杞油胶丸 ,对照组灌胃给予等体积的植物油 ,连续 3 0d后 ,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)。结果　 0 1g/(kg·bw)剂量能显著降低血清TC水平(P <0 0 5 ) ,0 6g/(kg·bw)剂量能显著降低血清TG水平 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,较高脂对照组分别下降了 19 6%、 3 5 0 % ,受试物对血清HDL -C水平无显著影响 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　枸杞油胶丸对大鼠血脂升高有一定的阻抑作用。Objective To observe the effects of wolf-berry capsules on serum lipids in rats fed with high fat diet Methods The rats were assigned to four groups,that is,high-fat control group,low dose,middle dose and high dose experimental group according to baseline serum cholesterol level The rats in three dose groups were administered with wolf-berry capsules prepared with plant oil by gastriclavage at 0 1、0 2、0 6g/(kg·bw)doses The control rats were given same volume of plant oil by the same route 30 days later,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected Results Compared with control rats,0 1 g/(kg·bw)dose0 6 g(kg·bw)dose significant effect on serum HDL-C Conclusion Wolf-berry capsules could impede the lipid increasre in rats fed with high fat diet
