摘　　要：对嘉兴学院医学院2002级专科学生的就业心态进行问卷调查。结果显示,学生的就业心态总体良好,但也存在一些值得关注的问题,而且不同专业学生间存在显著的差异;学生能否就业与心态有关,要关注学生的就业心态,采取相应措施。The investigation on the students' attitude of employment was carried out in the medical school of Jiaxing College. The results showed that on the whole medical students had right attitudes for employment.But we noticed some problems and found them different among different majors and the relationship between attitudes and employment.Countermeasures should be carried out to take care of their attitude towards employment.
