摘　　要：2001年我国加入了WTO,但我国的知识产权制度与WTO的《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》要求还有一定的差距,因此我国的知识产权制度还应该不断地完善和发展。本文在分析我国知识产权制度缺陷的基础上,介绍了完善这一制度的具体措施。It′s in 2001 that China′s entry into WTO, however, the knowledge property right system in China has some difference with the knowledge property right agreement related with trade of WTO, so the knowledge property right system in China needs to be perfected and developed. The author introduces the detailed measures of perfecting the knowledge property right system on the basis of analyzing the shortages of the knowledge property right system in China.
