简易数字存储器示波器研究

摘　　要：简易数字存储示波器(简称DSO)是用于示波器前端的利用单片机和CPLD制作的数字存储设备,它通过接口与计算机相连,分析复杂的瞬变信号。将待检测的模拟信号经过A/D变换后,变成数字信息并存储于数字存储器中。待需要显示此信号时,再从存储器中读出,经D/A变换器重新转变成模拟信号送入示波器从而显示在示波器上。This facility digital storage oscillograph (DSO for short),which used for the input terminal of the oscillograph,is a digital storage equipment. It is controled by simple-chip Microcomputer (SCM) and CPLD, and joined the computer through the interface,then analyses the complicated and changeable signal in transiency. An analog signal that need to be examinged is changed into digital information through ADC and stored in the digital memory. The information will be read from the digital memory and rechanged into analog signal by DAC when it need to show. Then sent it into the oscillograph and show it on the screen.
