摘　　要：本文分析了零电压过渡PWM Buck电路存在的辅助开关管硬关断和内部循环电流的问题,提出了一种改进的电路,能够较好地实现辅助开关管的零电压关断,消除内部循环电流,提高变换器的效率。并对其工作原理做了详尽分析。The Zero-Voltage-Transition PWM(ZVT-PWM)Buck converter is analyzed,and its problem of the hard switching of auxiliary switch and the internal circulating current is also discussed.An improved circuit for solving the two problems and raising the efficiency of the converter significantly is proposed.
