摘　　要：本文运用文献资料研究方法,通过对武举、武举制度起源的探讨和对历代武举制度发展历程的回顾,分析了武举制度延续千余年的主要原因在于为封建统治阶级选拔了一定数量的武艺人才,提高了军队的素质和战斗力,对巩固中央集权、维护国家统一和安定,抵御外来侵略,起了一定的积极作用。Using the way of document analysis, by probing the origin of the Military Official Selecting Institution and its developing process, the paper analyzes the main causes of the Military Official Selecting Institution existing thousands years in China history. That is, the institution help the feudal administrators selecting a number of talent military officials, and improving the quality and fighting capacity, which is very positive in consolidating the feudal central power, the unification of the country, and defending against the invasion.
