摘　　要：邓小平的富民思想是一个完整的理论体系。这一思想的目标是共同富裕,实现手段是解放生产力和发展生产力,实现的基本途径是允许一部分人先富起来,然后达到共同富裕。Deng Xiaoping's thought on enriching the people is an intact theoretical system. The goal of this thought is common prosperity. The methods to realize are to liberate the productive forces and develop the productivity forces. The basic way to realize is to allow some people to get rich first, and then reach the common prosperity.
