摘　　要：[目的]研究视屏显示终端(VDT)作业对女性作业者生殖功能的影响。[方法]使用妇女生殖功能专用问卷表,对264名VDT作业者和228名非VDT作业者的生殖功能进行回顾性调查。[结果] VDT作业者经前紧张综合征平均分和月经紊乱发生率明显高于对照组(t=3.28,P<0.05;x^2=13.99,P<0.01),经前紧张综合征总分随每天VDT作业时间增长而增高(t=2.13,P<0.05),而痛经发生率与VDT作业的工龄有关(OR=2.4,P<0.01);自然流产率和妊娠合并贫血发生率也大于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论] VDT可影响女性作业者生殖功能,须尽早制定VDT作业劳动保护措施。[Objective] To study the effect on the reproductive function in women exposed to video display terminal(VDT). [Methods] According to the survey table of women's fertility,the reprodutive function 264 women exposed to VDT and 228 women not exposed to VDT were compared using retrospective studies. [Results] Premenstrual tension syndrome mean scores and the incidence of menstrual disorder in the exposed group were obviously higher than those of the control, (t = 3.28,P<0.05;x^2= 13.99, P< 0.01). The premenstrual tension syndrome total tended to increase with VDT work-hours every day( t = 2.13, P < 0.05) .The incidences of dysmenorrhea was connected with VDT work-years( OR = 2.4, P< 0.01 ) .The spontaneous abortion and gestation anaemia in the exposed group were also higher than these in the control(P<0.0S). [Conclusion] VDT could affect the reproductive function of female operators. The measure of labour protection on VDT must be taken earlier.
