太平洋鲑鱼肠道中小肽与血液循环中肽关系的研究

摘　　要：为了研究太平洋鲑鱼Oncorhynchusspp.肠道完整吸收小肽与肠道中小肽的关系,用20%酶解酪蛋白、酸解酪蛋白、酪蛋白和生理盐水4组溶液分别进行各5尾太平洋鲑(体质量为300±13 8g)肠道灌注试验(1mL·100g-1)。20min后尾静脉采血制备血浆,高效液相色谱分析结果表明:灌注酶解酪蛋白溶液的太平洋鲑鱼血液循环中总肽量和某些肽量极显著(P<0 01)高于灌注生理盐水、酪蛋白、酸解酪蛋白溶液;较灌注生理盐水、酪蛋白、酸解酪蛋白溶液的太平洋鲑鱼血液循环中总肽量分别提高了167 3%、40 2%和48 3%。实验结果表明,太平洋鲑鱼血浆中肽量的增加与肠道提供的肽种类和数量有关,太平洋鲑鱼肠道能够一定程度地完整吸收某些小肽进入血液循环。To investigate the special and amount of peptides whom could be directly absorbed in intestine into blood circulation of Pacific salmon Oncorhynchus spp.. 20 Pacific salmon of (300±13.8) g were divided into four groups and were infused differently into stomach with 20% casein(CA), casein enzymatic hydrolysate(CSP), casein acidized(FAA) solution and phisiological saline (1 mg\5100g^(-1) weight). The blood of test fishes was sampled 20 min. after infusion from trail vein. The results respecting showed that the total amount of peptides and the amount of some peptides in plasma given CSP were significantly higher than those given physiological saline, CA and FAA(P<0.01). The total amount of peptides in plasma given CSP was increased by 173.9%, 41.0% and 48.3% than those given physiological saline, CA and FAA. The study indicated that the increase of peptides in plasma was closely related with the kind and amount of peptides in intestine and some kinds of small peptides could be absorbed part into blood circulation on Pacific salmon.
