摘　　要：作者通过对我国中小型水电站发展现状的论述 ,分析了在中小型水电站技术改造中水轮机转轮改型设计的必要性和可行性 ,并结合当今科技的发展对水轮机转轮设计、强度分析。By the dissertating the present development of our country's middle-small type water and electricity stations, the article analyzed the possibility and the necessity of improving on middle-small type water and electricity stations. Combined with the development of the science, it primarily discussed about the new technology of the improvement of runner, the intensity analysis, the test technology and the molding technology.
