摘　　要：结合DSM的需要和电力负荷管理 (以下简称电力负管 )发展的历史和现状 ,提出了充分利用现有资源 ,完善和发展电力负管的几项新功能 :远方抄表、负荷分析预测、反窃电、谐波监测、配变监测和集抄功能等 ,探讨充分利用现有资源发展电力负管的方法和方向。Combined with the need of DSM and the history and the actuality of electronic power, this paper put forward some new development direction of making good use of resource in existence, consummating and expanding the management of the electrical load: copying the readings of the ammeter in distance, analyzing and forecasting the load, anti-steal of the electricity, monitoring of the resonance,the distribution and the transformer, the mass copy of the ammeter function and so on. It also discussed the method and direction in making good use of existing resources to develop the management of the electrical load.
