电针刺激去势雌性大鼠肾俞脾俞双穴对其血清中睾酮、雌二醇和孕酮浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的 :为研究针刺治疗更年期综合征的作用机制提供实验依据 .方法 :以去势 4～ 5月龄雌性SD大鼠为更年期模型 ,选取“肾俞”、“脾俞”两个穴位 ,电针治疗 7天后 ,测定血清雌二醇 (E2 ) ,睾酮 (T)以及孕激素 (P)的含量 .实验结果表明 ,电针雌性大鼠“肾俞”、“脾俞”穴可使老年大鼠血清中雌二醇的水平升高 ,睾酮的水平降低 ;对青年大鼠血清中孕酮、雌二醇、睾酮的水平无明显影响 .结论 :电针刺激“肾俞”、“脾俞”双穴对大鼠体内雌二醇和睾酮水平有调节作用 ,可以使老年大鼠体内雌二醇水平升高 ,从而缓解了更年期症状 .This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of electroacupuncture of “Shenshu”points and “Pishu” points on the blood levels of estradio(E 2),progesteroneand(P),testosterone(T)in female rats which were emasculated as the animal model of menopause syndrome.As a result,in the emasculated rats group,the levels of estradiol(E 2)were raised,the level of testosterone(T)was deduced.Meanwhile in the collator group,the levels of progesteroneand(P),estradio(E 2)and testosterone(T)were not influenced distinctly.It proved that electroacupuncture of “Shenshu”points and “Pishu”points could regulate the blood level of estradiol(E 2)and testosterone(T),so that alleviate menopause syndorome.
