摘  要:采用RAPD分子标记研究了苦竹及近缘竹(17个竹种)的亲缘关系.筛选出20个最佳引物,共计扩增304个片段,计算遗传相似系数,建立UPGMA聚类图,结果表明:大明竹(Pleioblastusgramineus(Beam)Nakai)与小黄苦竹(OligostachyumfujinensisC.P.WangetG.H.Ye)的遗传距离最大为0.6356,衢县苦竹(P.juxianensisWenetal)与硬头苦竹(P.longifimbnatusS.Y.Chen)的遗传距离最小为0.2490.The relationship among 17 species in the Bitter bamboo and its relatives was studied by means of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) Markers. Three hundred four polymorphic loic were amplified with 20 primers, by popgen 32 program, Nei's gentic similarity coefficients were generated and dendrogram was constructed using UPGMA. The result shows that: The longest Nei(1978)genetic distance was 0. 635 6 between pleioblastus gramineus (Beam) Nakai and Oligostachyum fujinensis C. P. Wang et G. H. Ye; The shortest Nei(1978)genetic distance was 0.635 6 between P. juxianensis Wen et al and P.langifimb-natus S. Y. Chen.
