摘　　要：目的探讨乙醇对大鼠肝、脑细胞毒作用。方法成年SD大鼠12只,随机分成对照组和乙醇组(每组6只)。用透射电镜观察乙醇中毒大鼠肝组织和脑组织,研究乙醇对肝细胞和脑神经细胞超微结构的影响。结果肝细胞内出现大量脂肪滴和巨大线粒体;神经细胞线粒体受损、脂褐质增多;发现凋亡细胞。结论线粒体结构和功能改变可能是乙醇性肝、脑损伤的重要原因。Objective To inverstigate the cytotoxicity of alcohol on hepatic and neuronic cells of rat and.Methods 12 Adult SD rats were allotted at random to control group and alcohol group of 6 each.Using transmission electron-microscope to observe liver and brain of rat that were given abusing alcohol.Results Triglyceride droplets and giant mitochondrias were observed in hepatic cells, mitochondrias were damaged and lipofuscin increase in neuronic cells,observed apoptosis in both cells.Conclusion The damage of structure and function of mitochondria is a important factor of cell death induced by alcohol in hepatic and neuronic cells.
