摘 要:Ca2+作为重要的细胞信号,在细胞信息传递中发挥着广泛而重要的作用,对活细胞内Ca2+ 进行准确、实时、原位的测量,是对其定量分析的关键.由于胞内Ca2+的浓度很低,并呈现复杂的时 空特异性等特点,因此,灵敏度较高的荧光分析技术在活细胞内Ca2+研究中的应用越来越广泛.综 述了这一方法的原理、应用价值、研究意义,并重点介绍了其中一种先进的技术方法--Ca2+比率 荧光测量方法.Quantitative analysis of the intracellular free Ca2+ concentration and the way it changes has been valuable in understanding the role of intracellular Ca2+ messenger. Considering its low concentration and spatial-temporal changes in cytoplasm, we need to inspect it in a precise, opportune and original way. Fluorescent techniques should be available, which have been rapidly developed during the last two decades, becoming one of the most significant methods to measure intracellular free Ca2+. In this paper, we introduced several fluorescent techniques, which are widely used currently. Particularly, we expatiated on one of them-the Ca2+ ratio fluorescent measurement.
