摘　　要：对国内外肝细胞培养研究作出综述.首先介绍了分离肝细胞的各种方法及各自的优缺点, 重点对各种酶分离技术进行了比较.其次阐述了肝细胞的纯化方法和生物学性状检测,最后综述了 影响肝细胞体外培养的因素.The primary cultures of hepatocytes have been extensively used as a model system to investigate liver function,including drug metabolism , hepatoxocity. In this paper, we introduced several kinds of motheds to isolate hepatocytes firstly. In the same time, we elucidated their own excellence and disadvantage, and compared the methods using differents enzymes. And then we telled how to sublimate the hepatocyte and how to evaluate the biological characters of hepatocytes. At last, we narrated the factors influcence for the culture of hepatocyte.
