摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下,我国的依法治林工作已经取得了显著成绩。但仍存在许多问题,为了进一步适应林业健康、稳定、持续发展的需要,应不断加强和完善林业立法、执法和执法监督,把林业建设的全过程纳入法制轨道。The significant progress has been made in the forestry administration since China began to practicesocialist market-based economy, whereas some problems do exist. In order to satisfy a healthy、stable and sustain-able development of our forestry, we should strengthen and perfect its legislation、execution and supervision withoutcease, meanwhile incorporate the whole process of forestry construction into the path of law.
