摘 要:综合分析了影响钢纤维高强砼力学性能的各种因素。通过对不同特征参数 (VfLf/df)的钢纤维 ,不同水灰比 (W/C)及改变砂率 (βs)等 10 0多组钢纤维高强砼试件的试验研究 ,探讨了钢纤维高强砼配合比设计参数的影响规律、计算理论与方法 ;建立了诸设计参数的数学模型。通过大量试验 ,提出了以抗压强度为指标计算水灰比 ,以抗折强度为指标计算纤维体积率 ,同时以抗折、抗压两个指标进行钢纤维高强砼配合比设计的新方法。In this paper, various factors eftcecing the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete(referred to as SFRHSC)are analysed comprehensively. More than 100 samples groups,which were prepared with steel fiber of different characteristic parameter(Vf,Lf/df),water/cement ratios(W/C)and sand/aggregate ratios(βS)etc.have been tested. The affective regularity and the calculation theory and method of SFRHSC mix design factors are investigated.The mathematical models of some design factors are also established. According to the experimental results,it is suggest that the water cement ratio and the volume content of steel fiber on the basis of compressive strength and the flexural strength respectively,and thus a new methof of the mix design of SFRHSC according to both the compressive and the flexural strength is proposed.
