摘　　要：分析了在役三通阀密封失效的原因 ,采用 X树脂材料制作球阀垫片、在阀体与阀盖间车制梯形沟槽并放置氟橡胶“O”形密封圈等措施对其进行改造。改造后的三通阀在工况条件下试验合格、现场使用密封可靠、寿命长、经济效益可观。Influential factors leading to losing efficacy of the three way valve are analyzed, and some remaking measures are employed, including ball valve shim made from X resin ,fluorubber O shaped seal circle in the slit between the valve body and the valve cover. Under working circumstances, the reformed three way valve not only produces more reliable seal condition, but also has a longer life, which promises a remarkable commercial profit.
