摘  要:目的了解不同级别医院在适应改革中的变化 ,对医院在改革实施以来的绩效进行评价。 方法选取上海市三级综合医院、三级专科医院、二级区中心医院、街道医院和乡镇卫生院各一所 ,对各医院 1993至 1999年间的投入、过程和结果情况进行分析。 结果各医院药费和检查费占本院业务收入的比重控制在政策允许范围内 ;工作效率指标达到并略超上海市平均水平 ;各医院卫生人力配置数量 7年间稳中有升 ,但管理人员或卫生技术人员所占比例有不同程度的下降。 结论医院资源配置应体现不同级别的特点 ,注意街道医院和乡镇卫生院的特殊性 。Objective To evaluate the performance of different graded hospitals after health reform. Methods A tertiary hospital, a tertiary special hospital, a secondary graded hospital, a community hospital and a rural town health center were randomly selected, the input, process and outcome of these hospitals from 1993 to 1999 were analyzed. Results The fees of medicine and the cost of exa mination in these hospitals were in the normal range, their work efficiency reached the stipulated standard and exceeded the average level in Shanghai city, however the number of the management personnel and technicians in these hospitals declined slightly. Conclusion Allocation of hospital resources should be accorded with the characteristics of graded hospitals especially the community hospital and rural town health center to guarantee the continnuity development of the health and hygienic system.
