IL-10水平动态变化与肝包虫病变关系研究

摘　　要：目的　研究IL 10水平在肝包虫患者体内的水平变化 ,结合患者的B超声像图评价肝包虫病变进展及患者免疫状态。方法　通过对 4 4例肝包虫患者B超声像图及血清中IL 10水平检测 ,并以 2 0例健康人做为对照。结果　人体感染肝包虫后血清中IL 10水平显著性升高 ,其平均值为 4 0 66± 10 4 4pg/ml,健康对照组为 5 2 1± 2 14pg/ml(p <0 0 1)。治疗 1— 2年后 ,IL 10水平变化可反映机体抗肝包虫的免疫状态和疾病进程。结论　IL 10水平检测可作为肝包虫临床诊断、治疗的指标之一 ,其水平高表示病变的进展期 ,反之则表示病变初期或稳定期。Objective Studing the Interleukin_10(IL_10) level dynamic changes develop in patients with liver hydatidosis.Methods In order to evaluate development of pathological changes of liver hydatidosis,44 patients with liver hydatidosis were examined by ultrasound and their IL_10 lever in serum also detected.25 healthy people acted as control.Results The IL_10 levels (mean 40.66±10.44 pg/mL) of patient with Cystic hydatidosis were remarkable highter than those (mean 5.21±2.14 og/mL) of healthy ( p <0.01).After patients with liver hydatidosis treat one or two years,dynamic changes IL_10 level of IL_10 can reflect host′s immunity of anti_parasite.Conclusion The level of IL_10 can sever as one of indicators of affective and therapy for liver hydatidosis.The high IL_10 levels is in evoluative stage of disease and per contra the low in stable stage.
