穴位注射对实验性雌激素水平增高和乳腺组织增生的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究穴位注射对乳腺增生病模型大鼠雌激素水平和乳腺组织增生的影响。方法用外源性苯甲酸雌二醇腹腔注射复制大鼠乳腺增生模型,设正常对照组、生理盐水组、模型组、穴位注射组,用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清雌二醇水平,光镜下观察大鼠乳腺增生程度。结果 注射苯甲酸雌二醇,大鼠血清雌二醇水平显著增高,乳腺组织增生明显,与正常对照组比较有非常显著差异性(P<0.001),说明造模成功。穴位注射治疗后大鼠血清雌二醇含量显著降低,乳腺组织病理变化明显减轻,与正常对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.001),与模型组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 穴位注射通过调节和纠正内分泌失调,能抑制乳腺组织增生。Objective To study the effects of fluid acupunture on serum estrogen level and the pathological changes induced by estrogen in rat mammary gland tissues during the treatment.Methods Rat model of hyper-plasia of mammary gland was made by intra-abdominal injection of exogenous estradiol benzoate, and we studied the level of serum estradiol using radioimmunoassay and the pathomorphological changes of hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats of normal, injected by estradiol benzoate, treated by fluid acupunture through light microscope . Results The level of serum estradiol was highly improved and mammary glands increased significantly by injecting estradiol benzoate on rats.It was significantly different compared with the normal group( P < 0.001) .The level of serum estradiol was lower and the pathological changes in rat mammary gland tissues were improved significantly.It was different from normal group(.P< 0.001)and model group(P < 0.01) .Conclusion The results suggested that fluid acupuncture may have inhibitive effect on the hyperplasia of mammary glands by regulating endocrine dyscrasia.
