摘　　要：以柴胡疏肝散加味的抗纤合剂具有清热解毒、疏肝解郁、利水活血,提高白蛋白的作用。研究抗纤合剂对SD大鼠DMN二甲硝胺模型的病理组织学、透明质酸及肝功能的影响。抗纤合剂能减轻DMN二甲硝胺模型的肝纤维化程度,降低血清透明质酸的浓度。抗纤合剂在DMN二甲硝胺模型的SD大鼠实验中抗大鼠肝纤维化有效,具有抗肝纤维化及降解胶原的作用。Objective To study on anti-fibrotic effect of Kangxian mixture.The Kangxian mixture, which is prepared by the formula Chaihushugarisan, has the functions such as clearing heat and removing toxin, regulating liver energy, promoting circulation of blood and excretion of body fluid, and raising the level of albumin.Methods The influence of Kangxian mixture on histopathology, hyaluronic acid and liver function of SD mouse DMN model was observed in this study. Results It is found that the Kangxian mixture can reduce the grade of fibrosis and the density of hyaluronic acid. Conclusion This experiment proved that the Kangxian mixture is effective in antifibro-sis and collagen degradation.
