天劲口服液配伍维生素D_3治疗小儿佝偻病214例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察天劲口服液配伍维生索D_3治疗小儿佝偻病的临床疗效。方法 将214例佝偻病患儿随机分为两组,治疗组、对照组各107例。治疗组口服天劲口服液10ml,每天1次。对照组口服葡萄糖酸钙片0.5g,每天3次,疗程均为3个月。治疗前两组各肌注维生素D_3 30万U1次。结果 治疗组总有效率为95.3％(102/107),对照组总有效率为73.8％(79/107),P<0.01。结论 天劲口服液加适量维生素D_3是治疗小儿拘偻病有效安全的方法,且可防止维生素D的滥用与中毒。Objective To study the effectiveness of Tianjing oral liquid conjugated with vitamin D3 in treating child rickets.Methods Two hundred and fourteen cases of child rickets were allocated randomly into treatment and control group with 107 cases each. In the treatment group, Tianjing oral liquid 10ml three times a day was administered,while in the control group calcium gluconate 0.5gm was given three times daily.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months. At the beginning of treatment vitamin D3 300000U was injected intramuscularly to the patients in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.3% (102/107) and 73.8% (79/ 107)in treatment and control group respectively. P < 0.01. Conclusion Tianjing oral liquid conjugated with appropriate dose of vitamin D} is a safe and effective method in treating child rickets and in avoiding the abuse and intoxication of vitamin D3.
