真性红细胞增多症治验3例

摘　　要：目的 评估青黛干蟾皮汤治疗真性红细胞增多症的疗效。方法 真性红细胞增多症3例,根据中医辨症方法,属热毒互结,气血瘀滞。3例患者均停用西药及放血疗法,均予青黛干蟾皮汤每日1剂治疗,30天为1疗程,共1～2疗程。结果 3例患者经治疗1～2疗程红细胞均降至正常。2例停药半年复查血红蛋白在正常范围。结论 青黛干蟾皮汤用治真性红细胞增多症有明显疗效,并且无毒副反应发生。According to the traditional medicine 3 cases of polycythemia vera were diagnosed as stagnation of Qi and blood stasis with noxious heat and treated by natural indigo decoction of dry toad skin, one dose per day, 30 days as a course, 1-2 courses in total. By the time of study any western medicine and phlebotomy were prohibited. After 1- 2 couses of treatment, the erythrocyte count restored to normal in 3 cases, and the hemoglobin levels remained normal in half year after the cease of treatment. The treatment of polycythemia with natural indigo decoction of dry toad skin reveals prominent effectiveness, and no toxic and side effect was observed.
