一种新颖的电子药浴器的研制

摘　　要：文章首先阐述药物进入人体的三条途径:口服、注射、外敷及各自不足处并指出研制该药浴器的根本目的是充分利用经皮给药(即外敷法)的方式,增加药物透入的动力,提高透皮进药剂量,使其成为治疗疾病的有效方法。该药浴器首创了采用电磁感应的加热方式,彻底避免了患者触电的危险。仪器分为药浴箱和控制箱两大部分。药浴箱供盛清水与药液袋。控制箱内置电子线路板、风扇、散热器、变压器等。医学研究证明:皮肤温度为45℃左右时,毛孔、汗腺孔等全部打开,使药液有效成分被充分吸收,不经胃肠和肝肾,直接通过血液循环到达患部。经医院临床应用,证明对多种疾病有显著疗效,颇受患者欢迎,可予见有较好应用前景。This article Firstly introduces three approaches through which medicine go into body: taken orally, injection and application, and the deficiencies of there methods the goal of developing this electric medicinal washer is to utilize thoroughly the application to improve the motivity of medicine penetration and increase the- quantity of medicine, then let it be an effectire method for curing the disease. This washer originally apply the heating method of electromag-netism induction to avoid thoroughly the dangerous of shock by the electricity of the patient. The intrument is composed of washer chest and mamagement chest. The washer chest is used for loading the water and medicine liquid. The management chest including circuit, fan, radiator, transformer, and so on. Research proves: When the temperature of the skin is 45℃, the pore open entirely, so the medicine liquid will be absorbed thoroughly and effectively without passing through stomach, intestine, liner and kidney, and reach the cure part directly through the blood circulation. It has been proved by the clinical application that this instrument has obvious effect on many kinds of disease and was welcomed by the patient, so it will have promising apprlication future.
