摘　　要：目的 :探讨脑立体定向开放手术治疗颅内病变的效果。方法 :对 3 4例病变直径在 0 4～ 3 5cm的患者采用CT脑立体定向仪定位 ,显微镜下切除病灶。结果 :3 4例患者的颅内病变全部行显微手术切除 ,无手术并发症及死亡。 2 6例继发性癫痫中 ,2 1例术后停止发作 ,另 5例发作显著减少。结论 :CT脑立体定向开放手术切除颅内病灶 ,定位准确 。Objective To investigate the result of a new stereotactic open microsurgery for some intracranial lesions.Methods Intracranial lesions in diameters between 0.4cm and 3.5cm were confirmed and localized in 34 patients by CT-combined stereotactic frame Standard microsurgical technique is adopted to resect the lesions.Results Total resection was performed in all 34 patients with intracranial lesions without complication and mortality.Of the 26 patients with secondary epilepsy,21 were seizure-free and 6 were significantly decreased seizure frequency.Conclusions CT-guided stereotactic open surgery for intracranial lesions is safe and effective with exact localization and it is worthy of advocating.
