摘　　要：引大入秦工程总干渠盘道岭隧洞是引大工程总干渠控制性工程。隧洞工程地质条件复杂，岩性软硬不均，施工难度大。本文论述了其主洞开挖及一次支护施工方法，施工量测等问题。The Pandaoling tunnel is a key project for the trunk channel of the water diversion work from Datong River to Qingwang River Basin. The tunnel has complicated engineering geologic condictions, and the sorrounded with both soft and hard rocks. The construction method of tunnel excavating and prelimiary lining were discussed in the paper, which may use for reference in hydro electric construction.
